Hi! I’m Twila Belk, also known as the Gotta Tell Somebody Gal. Welcome to my Internet home. As you browse my site, you’lI discover that I’m a Christian communicator. I use writing and speaking and radio spots and whatever methods I can to get out the messages that I just gotta tell somebody!
About my writing: It all started with foot surgery. More to come on that later ....
Right now Gotta Get 'em Fixed! is my only book. There are more to come. I've written numerous devotionals and articles for a variety of publications and newsletters. I've also written lots of sixty-second radio spots that have proven to be a big hit with the listeners of American Family Radio station WAXR, 88.1 FM. (Some of them can be found on the Twila's Thoughts page.) I am a member of the Christian Humor Writers Group, The Writers View, and the Advanced Writers and Speakers Association (AWSA). I am a coach, cheerleader, and champion of other writers, and I'm the director of the Quad-Cities Christian Writers' Conference. I have won several awards in writing competitions.
