Receiving a Scholarship:
We have a limited number of scholarships available through the Cecil Murphey Scholarship Fund.

The FIRM DEADLINE for scholarship submissions is FEBRUARY 13, 2010.
If selected as a Cecil Murphey Scholarship Fund recipient, your full conference registration fee will be covered. However, you will be responsible for your own travel and lodging expenses.

While we would love to be able to offer everyone a free conference experience, it's not possible. There are many expenses incurred in putting together a conference of this magnitude. We rely on registration fees to cover these expenses.
With assurance, we can say that if God wants you at the Quad-Cities Christian Writers' Conference, He can and will make it happen for you. Trust Him to do it for you. Pray about it. Have your friends pray with you. Contact the leadership of your church. Take on some odd jobs. Sell something you haven't used in a long time. Remember that God is creative. He can make money appear from the most unusual and unexpected places. He loves to blow our socks off! And He is BIG ENOUGH. (Take it from someone who knows.)

Maybe you've been blessed by attending the Quad-Cities Christian Writers' Conference and you want to provide an opportunity for someone else who cannot afford to attend.
